Cooktown Reef Charters is a locally owned charter fishing service and has been operating out of Cooktown since 1995.

With years of fishing experience and local knowledge, Cooktown Reef Charters offer a professional boating charter service, second to none. Limited client numbers enable us to offer a personalised and quality service.

Whether we are bottom fishing with handlines, trolling for giant Black Marlin or popping lures over the reef, having a relaxing snorkel, or just viewing the beauty of the Great Barrier Reef, the main objective is to make your trip a memorable experience.

Situated between Cairns and Lizard Island, Cooktown is only a 40 min scenic flight from Cairns serviced by Skytrams Airlines with numerous daily flights. Cooktown is the most easterly point to the Great Barrier Reef.
